Ed has worked in the special needs community for many years. He owns and operates 17 support living group homes in Southwest Florida. His passion is working with those in need. He is a behaviorist by experience, a mechanical engineer by education, and an entrepreneur by the will of God.
Lisa has been in the special needs field for over 21 years. She has an M.B.A. in public health management. She worked as an RBT, clinic manager, and Director of Operations for ABA, SP, and OT clinics. She has served as a Peer Coach, Family Ministry chair, Instructional Support, and a member of the Autism Speaks community. Lisa has an adult son and granddaughter with ASD, and her professional passion is working with children and staff to build awareness and prepare children for life by developing in them the social and physical problem-solving skills necessary to live constructively in a rapidly changing society.
When Lisa and Ed crossed paths, they discovered a shared dream-to create a supportive space in Southwest Florida where children can develop their skills in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Their shared vision is a testament to their commitment to the special needs community and their potential to make a significant difference.
